Yo soy de un pequeño pueblo al norte de Barcelona, todas las tardes voy a ver los entrenamientos de deportes de los equipos de niños y niñas, basket, soccer, hockey, voley, atletics... y ¿sabéis una cosa? es impresionante la intensidad y actitud que tiene los chicos, es posible que el sur de Europa no esté en su mejor momento pero sin duda su futuro es bueno.

A veces veo como los grupos humanos (grupos de clase en las escuelas, equipos deportivos, clubs, ligas, etc) son dirigidos como orquestas filarmónicas, pero creo que funcionan mejor si son dirigidos como bandas de jazz, cada persona tiene su propio ritmo.
